Do you offer rentals?

Yes, Vaulté Vintage offers a rental service for clients looking to borrow select vintage pieces for photoshoots, events, creative projects, or styling sessions.

How does it work?

Start by contacting us with the details of what you’re looking for, your project timeline, and location. Once we confirm availability, you’ll receive a rental agreement outlining all terms, including care guidelines and return deadlines. A credit card on file will be required for security.

How much does it cost?

 

Rental fees vary depending on the item, duration, and purpose of the rental. We’re happy to work with you to create a rate that fits your needs.

RETURNS

Due to the delicate nature of vintage items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

  • Do items come with original packaging or authenticity cards?
    Because many vintage pieces have changed hands over the years, it’s uncommon for them to still have their original dust bags, boxes, or paperwork. However, if an item does come with any original packaging, authenticity cards, receipts, or tags, this will always be clearly stated in the product description. For handbags and shoes, if the original dust bag is missing, we’ll include a complimentary Vaulté Vintage dust bag to help you store and protect your item.
  • Are items authentic?
    Yes, at Vaulté Vintage, authenticity is our top priority. Every item we sell is independently authenticated through a trusted third-party authentication service to ensure its legitimacy. Our team also brings extensive experience in sourcing and handling luxury vintage, so every piece is thoroughly inspected for craftsmanship, materials, and brand-specific details before it’s listed.
  • What is the condition of the items we sell?
    Because our pieces are vintage and pre-loved, condition can vary — but we believe in full transparency. Each product listing includes a detailed condition report and high-quality images from multiple angles, so you know exactly what to expect before purchasing. We always highlight any signs of wear, flaws, or imperfections in the description to ensure there are no surprises — just beautiful, authentic vintage with its own unique story.

  • I would like a vintage item that isn’t on your website, can you source items?
    Yes, we offer a personal sourcing service to help you find specific vintage pieces you’re looking for — at no extra cost. Simply contact us with the details of the item you’re after, and our team will use our global network of trusted suppliers to try and source it for you. Because vintage fashion is often exclusive and rare, we can’t guarantee that every request will be fulfilled — but we will always do our very best. We kindly ask that you only request this service if you’re fully ready to purchase, as sourcing takes considerable time and care.
  • How long does delivery take?
    All orders from Vaulté Vintage are shipped from Toronto, Canada, using Canada Post, DHL Express, or UPS, all of which provide fully tracked and insured shipping. Within Canada: Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days. To the US: Expect delivery within 2-5 business days. International: Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 5-10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped, so you can track your purchase every step of the way. Our team processes and ships orders Monday to Friday during regular business hours, and orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are usually shipped the same day.
  • Do you accept returns?
    No, all sales at Vaulté Vintage are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage and pre-loved items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We provide detailed descriptions and clear photos for every piece to ensure you know exactly what you’re purchasing. If you have any concerns with your order once it arrives, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to assist where possible.
  • Do I have to pay import tax / customs fees ?
    Orders from Vaulté Vintage are shipped from Toronto, Canada, and international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees depending on the destination country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected directly by the shipping carrier upon delivery. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict the exact cost. Please be aware that Vaulté Vintage is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs processing or clearance issues once the package reaches your country.
