Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We ship from Toronto, Canada using the following carriers:

Shipping Rates & Duties

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. International buyers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in the purchase price. These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid upon delivery. Vaulté Vintage is not responsible for any additional customs charges or delays.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Vaulté Vintage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is lost or delayed, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

As all sales are final, we do not accept returns or refunds on shipped items. Please carefully review the product details, measurements, and images before purchasing. If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, contact us within 2 business days, and we will do our best to assist you.
